What soccer video game for Xbox 360 has playable national teams?

I have bought FIFA 2008, and from what I can tell, I can only play as teams from the different leagues in several countries. I want a game where I can play as national teams, such as Germany, Russia, Ukraine, ect.
What I am looking for is like the world cup or something like that. Playing national teams, like Germany vs Italy, Russia vs Iran, ect. I don't care about the US MLS teams, or the British leagues ect. I only want national teams!

The FIFA game you have has international teams. When picking your team, find the international section it will have most of the good teams. But you can't pick international teams of manager mode, just in the quick games.

I recently received a bonus at work for hitting a sales quota, so I decided to buy something fun for my family. After giving the matter a lot of thought, I decided to purchase a new X box video game system to replace our outdated PlayStation.

Our family likes to play different types of games together, and we had gotten countless hours of fun and entertainment from that PlayStation. I hoped that buying an X box video game system would allow us to continue our weekly Family Night tradition in style.
