They update the games to make the game better! This is the future of gaming! The developers are able to constantly improve the gaming experience now. Examples = NEW MAPS, NEW ACHIEVEMENTS, NEW TROPHIES, NEW CHARACTERS.....you get the point. Its also to clean up any bugs that might be present.
