"Real" zombie game for xbox 360?

I want a zombie game that is more real than cartoony like dead rising. I want it to be fast paced and requires skill and tactics, not just go into a room and shoot everything.

Has anyone seen I am Legend? That kind of zombie and skill. The zomies were fast and intelligent and there weren't too many.

I don't like Dead Rising because that is a complete joke. the zombies are.

Left 4 Dead isn't exactly what I am looking for because if you go look at the videos, the zombies are really cartoon like, go take a look.

I liked Half-Life 2 in Ravenholm with the fast zomies (those monkey like things). That kinda of zombie, the fast and skinny zombies, not those ones that walk around mindlessly in circles. Are there any games like this?
If you read Valve's description of L4D, it is a "movie". Enough said.

LEFT 4 DEAD isnt even out yet how can you pass such a premature judgement just based on pre recorded video footage.

i'll agree Team fortress 2 looks cartoony but L4D is nowhere near cartoony

they will have fast zombies like ravenholm climbing up buildings to get you according to the previews
