What are the all the endings to the video game Marvel: Ultimate Alliance?

i heard there are different endings depending on what quests you do the game, what are they? and are they all the same for all consoles? (i have the xbox 360 version)

Saving Senator Kelly will give you a better ending.

Grabbing the Ultimate Nullifier will give a different ending.

Saving Princess Lilandra gives you an alternate ending.

There are also bonus Prologue movies, earned by completing the various side quests, including the quest for the Dragon Fang, among others.

Spider-man: Friend or Foe Review

The Spider-Man franchise has legions of fans, (including me) and it is fairly obvious that Spider-Man is Marvel Comics’ most notorious superhero. Everyone’s favorite web-slinger is back in another Spider-Man game titled Spider-Man: Friend or Foe. Spider-Man: Friend or Foe is a video game that is available for the Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, PlayStation 2, PSP, PC, and Xbox 360. The storyline in the game is something about a meteor and monsters. In a nutshell, there is not much of a logical plot. But that is perfectly fine. The game is intended to be facetious and not solemn. All anyone needs to know about the storyline in Spider-Man: Friend or Foe is that Spider-Man is facing adversity, and he defers to his most nefarious enemies for assistance. Spider-Man will form an unlikely alliance with a bevy of characters such as Silver Sable, Goblin, Doctor Otto Octavius, Scorpion, and many others. The gameplay is all about fighting several opponents. The game does add some variety to the gameplay by sprinkling a boss every now and then. For the most part, it is a prototypical game that lacks any originality. As redundant as this may seem, I still had a great time pummeling adversaries with Spider-Man. The combat system is intuitive and engrossing. There are the fundamental attacks and the extravagant web attacks that give the game some much needed style. Spider-Man can utilize his webs to swing an enemy from one side of an area to a completely different place. In addition, he can shoot his webs to swarm foes with webbing (leaving them immobile). As Spider-Man uses more web attacks, he earns more and more experience. Performing combination attacks are done without any trouble, and the controls are user-friendly. Clearing out a room without multiple opponents are straightforward. Players can have human controlled ally or an ally controlled by the artificial intelligence to follow Spider-Man. You can switch on the fly between Spider-Man and the other characters, but the other characters are not as agile as Spider-Man. Spider-Man is the only character in the game that has the dexterity to accomplish maneuvers in the blink of an eye. Unfortunately, there is no Xbox Live support with the game. There is only a two player cooperative mode. The most disappointing aspect of the game is the web swinging; there is no web swinging across the enormous skyscrapers of New York City. Devoted Spider-Man admirers (such as myself) were somewhat perturbed by this.

I would have appreciated the game more if I could take in the scenery. Since the Spider-Man: Friend or Foe is for the six to thirteen age demographic, it is a rudimentary game with no challenge. An avid gamer can cruise through this game from start to finish without any difficulty. Now that I think about it, there is actually no real consequence for dying in this game. If you die, then you merely start over from the same place because of a token system (ala Lego Star Wars). Gamers will probably have a much more laborious time singing that absurd Spider-Man song, than they will have playing this game. How does that song go again? I think it is something like “Spiderman, Spiderman, Does whatever a spider can.†Oh, the hell with the song. Whatever. I do not care about something as frivolous as the catchy Spider-Man tune. Honestly, I only know the first two lines. But I digress. The graphics in the game are nothing spectacular. Even for the Xbox 360 iteration, the visuals were not anything like Marvel Ultimate Alliance. There are also some minor platform jumping elements in the game, but they are few and far between. The audio in the game has its moments with adequate voice acting. The animations in the game are greatly exaggerated, but I thought that was done intentionally to accentuate the humor in Spider-Man. No one will find a particularly long and arduous game with Spider-Man: Friend or Foe. The game is approximately five hours long. I know; that is shorter than Heavenly Sword and Stranglehold. Overall, Spider-Man: Friend or Foe is only for the immensely dedicated Spider-Man enthusiasts. Furthermore, casual gamers of Spider-Man might want to web swing away from this game and wait for Spider-Man 4 in 2009.

Xbox 360 Elite

Sony's next generation console and follow up to the PlayStation 2, it's a supercomputer in the making coming with a Blu-ray drive built-in and the option of a 40GB or 60GB hard drive. Considerably more expensive than the Xbox 360 even after a price cut at the end of 2007, the PlayStation also has a limited offering of games being only still under a year old on the market. However with a plethora of good games either just landing or schedule to land in 2008 all that is about to change.

Metal Gear Solid, GT5, Drake, Killzone 2 and a couple more should ignite some much needed interest and what with Sony winning the next generation DVD battle with its Blu-ray format against Toshiba's HD DVD, the PS3 is positioned to eventually come out on top.

Nintendo Wii

While the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 pride themselves on being at the cutting edge of the gaming sphere with the latest graphics, demanding gaming and offering games gamers would want to play, Nintendo has chosen a different tactic for it gaming offering. Instead the Wii focuses on interactive game play, ditching the multimedia aspects, the video downloads or online communities instead for fun short games that involve the whole family.

Most of the best games on the Wii are short lived affairs and anyone looking to buy the console should invest in Wii Play, its fitness focused game Wii Fit (complete with balance board) and Mario Kart with the Wii Wheel, a wheel that you can clip the motion sensor controller into so you can pretend to drive while sitting on the sofa. The Nintendo Wii also has the benefit of being super cheap, at just 180 pounds it's fast becoming the new board game for the connected dinner party generation.

Assassin’s creed 2 for Xbox 360 – Action Adventured Game

Assassin’s creed 2 is the story of a hero named Ezio, whose is on a revenge to kill those who killed their family members.

In this Gameplay Ezio can roam in various regions like Venice or in the countryside areas which will make him a powerful Assassin. He will be aided by the young Leonardo da Vinci, who will provide deadly weapons and can also grant access to a Flying machine.

The maps are designed in an advanced way so that if we reach any Historic place, we will get the information with a single button click. New places can also be explored when certain levels are reached and exploring new locations adds up your rewards.

Overall, Assassin’s creed II video game will deliver more thrilling and depth-filled experience for all the next generation console gamers and will be released in November 2009.

What Xbox 360 games would you recommend?

I'm terrible at first person shooters like Project Dark Zero (or whatever it's called) so I don't like to play them.

Even if FPS's arent your forte, I can highly recommend Call of Duty 2. Graphically superb and sound effects to mash your sound system,well worth a crack at.
Dont worry about Perfect Dark,I must have played it twice and I think its pretty pants really.
Far Cry Predator is again FPS and has some fab scenery but although I quite enjoy playing through it, it does seem a little repetitive in places.
Ghost Recon is a corker but only if you can handle squad based combat,ordering cover fire etc. Not everyone's cup of tea,pretty tough in the latter parts too.
Burnout Revenge is superb but dont get it if you have the Xbox version. Its just a spit and polish version really.
Avoid Fifa Road to World Cup and Tiger Woods as these are basically just shallow graphics showcases for the 360 and have little substance to them.Certainly I was appalled at the shallowness but was pleased I borrowed them off a mate first.Rent only,DO NOT BUY! The only decent sport game Ive played on the 360 is the Fifa World Cup 2006.Dare I say it,it plays very well for once.
NFS Most Wanted is the usual but with some Hi Res graphics but essentially is the same as the current console versions in all but looks,which arent that much improved.
Blazing Angels is good for a laugh but only if you find it going cheap. The dodgy voice acting left me debating whether to laugh or cry.
PGR3 is a good game but after the likes of Burnout and NFS I found it a bit pedestrian in terms of speed though cant fault the graphics.Some nice downloads on Xbox Live too.

Are Puzzle Games Becoming More Popular?

Puzzle games have long been a staple in your average gamer’s diversionary diet. These games may feature rotating blocks, finding words, or matching colors. But regardless of the mechanic, puzzle games have survived for decades within the overwhelmingly competitive video gaming industry. But can this trend continue? Industry experts struggle to determine the longevity of the puzzle game, in the face of blockbuster titles like Bungie’s Halo 3—a game that was viewed by more people than any film released this year.

But what do these “Super†games have that a game like Tetris doesn’t. Graphics? Sure. Super-amazing-drop-your-jaw-kinda-graphics have become almost commonplace in the gaming industry. Two years ago, a game like F.E.A.R. was considered “Beautiful†and “Amazing†in terms of graphical performance when it was released on the PC. But now, the game pales in comparison to titles such as Unreal Tournament 3, or Bioshock. Even games that were released as many as six months ago are already looking shabby compared to the latest offerings by gaming’s top companies.

But the puzzle game somehow survives. –How can that be?

Well, in a word, Gameplay.

Despite the worlds love for pretty graphics and colorful explosions, solid gameplay beats the pants off shiny graphics nine times out of ten. Sure some games have amazing graphics, but more often than not, these titles are beaten and tossed aside within 10 hours of gaming. How many hours of gaming do you think Tetris provided to the average gamer? Try over a hundred. But that’s Tetris—all games can’t be Tetris. So what else is out there?

For starters, a recent release from Jenkatgames.com entitled “Discombobulated†springs to mind. Discombobulated is an amazing game that shares more than a little with the aforementioned Tetris. Gamers are given colored balloons that continually stack up, while they try to pop them as fast as possible with a simple straight pin. It sounds simple. (Like Tetris did when you first saw it.) But after a while you’ll find it not only challenging, but irresistible.

But wait. These games cost a lot of money right? I mean, gameplay that rivals top tier releases from big gaming companies must cost fifty or sixty dollars at least. No… not really. Discombobulated is free. And like most online games at companies like Bigfish.com or Jenkatgames.com, they’re just a good, if not better than their expensive counterparts.

Puzzle gaming isn’t going away. If anything, it’s getting stronger. Even the big league gaming consoles like the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3 have began to release puzzle games downloads for their online subscribers. But these games often come with a six to ten dollar price tag, offering, at times, the exact same game that would be free on the world wide web. So before you dive into your next sixty dollar video game purchase, take a look at what these online gaming companies are offering up these days. Because in the end. It’s all about the gameplay.

It’s Important to Know How to Backup Xbox 360 Games

You know how much you paid for your Xbox 360 games. If you're like every other Xbox gamer, you worry about being able to afford to replace your favorite Xbox games if one should become lost, stolen, or permanently damaged. Making Xbox 360 game backup copies must seem to be a pretty good idea. Right? Just remember your motives for making these copies.

You are legally entitled to back up Xbox 360 games for your personal use, but are not legally allowed to copy them for any other purpose such as trading or resale. You can be arrested and prosecuted for counterfeiting video games. The games are costly, but not expensive enough to spend time in jail to save a few bucks.

One of the first hurdles you will have to face is modifying your Xbox 360 console to enable it to play your backed up games. There are some modification schemes which involve using software applications to change the Xbox's operating system. The other scheme is to physically modify your Xbox console motherboard by soldering in a special computer chip. The software modification is less risky than messing with the Xbox hardware, but understand that either scheme will void your Xbox warranty. This puts you between a rock and a hard place. Make mods, and you can backup Xbox games. Make no mods, and you cannot. It's a dilemma, but it's your decision.

If you've decided not to modify your Xbox in any way, you can stop reading and go play one of your games. If, however, you decided to make the modifications, read on about the software you will need to create those backups.

The DVD copying software that you have traditionally used to copy music and videos cannot be used to backup Xbox 360 games because of the manufacturer's copy protection scheme that is integrated into the game's files. You'll need to acquire a copy of the newer software applications that were designed specifically to bypass these copy protection schemes, enabling gamers to make Xbox 360 game backups.

There are many companies that produce this new copying software. Do your research online. Ask your gamer friends what they would recommend. Make sure you get software from a legitimate source. Downloading software from an unknown site, simply because it's free, can cause you a lot of grief if it is accompanied by destructive viruses or malware. If at all possible, get a demo version and try it out before you buy.

Once you've decided upon a good software copying application, you're ready to begin making backups. All you'll need is your computer, an original Xbox game to copy, a high quality blank DVD disk, and a set of procedures telling you how to backup Xbox 360 games using the new software. The process is similar for all the types of software available, and is similar to the following.

1. Install the copying software, and click the new desktop icon to open the application.
2. Insert your original game disk into the computer.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions to copy the game to the hard drive
4. Remove the original disk from the drive and replace it with a blank one.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to copy the game from the hard drive to the blank disk.

Once your created the backup disk, it's a good idea to test it. Place it into your Xbox 360 and ensure that it runs properly. If it doesn't run properly, and this is the first time you've tried a backup on the Xbox console, it could be that your Xbox modifications are not properly done. Try making another back up and test it as well. If it works, your modifications are correct. If it still doesn't work, try your backups on a friend's Xbox that has been successfully modified. If it works on his machine, yours is not properly modified. If it doesn't work on his machine, then your backup procedures are the problem.
