Is need for speed undercover as bad as everyone says it is?

I really want to buy need for speed undercover, but I've heard from alot of people that it was not such a great game. It got horrible reviews from what i hear too. I loved nfs most wanted, so i figured this one would be as good, if not better, but now I don't know. Can anyone who has this game please set me straight. Thanks. (If i bought it, it would be for xbox 360)

well i have played need for speed undercover for ps2,psp,ps3 and a littile on the wii but not on the xbox but from what i heard p23 and xbox story line and consept of the game are the same. a lot of the bad review are beucse people were suspecting a hole new amzing game far from all the others but when people found out that it was kinda like most wanted people were desiponted. but if you liked most wanted you wil love nfs undercover becuse the story line is great , amazing graphic, and the best part about it is you can make money real fast and the cops have a self learning programming thar lets them learn how you drive and makes it hard for you to escape and that makes it all the more challaging. so i hope i set you straight.

and oh yeah it does glitch some times and i dont mean freeze and unfreezing. i mean freez and jump 8-10 ml foward and when you finsh the game basical all you can do is race on line (wich is asome becuse i can rub my raceing skills in peoples faces not just the cpu) or you can race on tracks you have all ready completed
