I think it's a good workout. I sweat a lot.

Do you think with a good diet and maybe 1 hour of DDR the home edition for xbox 360 will help me drop weight?

I know someone who lost 40 pounds doing DDR...I think it would depend how physically active you already are. They were a total couch potato and this got them off the couch but, hey, it couldn't hurt to try!
