i'm stuck-tomb raider (legend?) for xbox?

ok, well i am officially stuck on tomb raider. i'll try to describe where I am. lol. well, its after i get out of amandas lab or whatever it is, then i'm at like this mideival place, and i get into it and then theres this room and its mostly water but there are these 4 statues, they look like pigs but i dont think they are. lol. and they have these handles that i can grapple and pull, and when I do a cage with spikes on the bottom comes down, but then the handle crank thing will go back after I let go and the cage goes back up. Then theres this roof area and a room that you get into by climbing down a rope through a well, and theres a bell at the bottom and a giant orangey egg shaped thing that some guys in. Idk, i've been stuck for days, and i dont even want to /look/ at it anymore. I hope someone understands what i'm talking about
