Trade in Values for brand new Xbox 360 games?

I got my sons father a 360 for xmas... It was the bundle deal with Lego Indiana Jones, Kung Fu Panda, Tony Hawks Proving Ground and NBA 2K9. He will never play these games so I might try to trade them in to get games he will play depending on what I can get for them. I will either be going to GameStop or Game Crazy. All of the games are unopened. Anyone know what I can get for them from one of these stores?
