First, what system of these should I get it on...

DS
Second, what's the difference between the uncaged version for ps3 and xbox 360.
Third (if possible) why is every system rated differently?
Firstly, I don't know what system you should get it on, but given the choice playing on a nice big screen as opposed to a tiny portable thing is usually best...
And i think i can do the next two at once. From what I gathered, the PS3 and 360 versions are "uncaged" with a higher rating because the target audience is arguably more "hardcore!" gamer. They'll be getting the gory blood splattered version while slightly younger audiences can still have the opportunity to play along with a tad less violence on the other consoles.
