BIG BIG xbox 360 disk problem?

so my xbox is about 7-8 months old and i got this Call of Duty 4 game about 2-3 months ago and thats pretty much the only game my three brothers and I play. well lately my xbox has been saying that the disk is unreadable but then after a couple more tries it'll work again, but my xbox can play all my other games with ease and they are a lot older than COD4.

i need to know what to do in this case.
- should i call the xbox company and ask?
-should i call the game company and ask?
- should i turn in my xbox?
- should i turn in my game?

idk whats the problem but i already know that i've cleaned my disk with cleansing disk cloths and i cleaned out my xbox tray and the little bit of inside i can reach with a DRY Q-tip.

please help me.
