Should i trade my 360 elite for a g4 ibook?

A friend wants to trade me his g4 ibook with 512 megs ram, 100 gig hard drive, built in wi-fi, built in bluetooth, in mint condition, for my xbox 360 elite with 2 wireless controllers one of them is a halo 3 controller, 2 rechargable battery packs with 1 play n charge wire, 18 full version arcade games on the hard drive paid $100 or 8000 microsoft points, with halo 2 collectors edition comes in original box with reciept.

Should i trade, i already own a vista premium dual core,2 gig ram, nvidia 7300 gt w 256 vdram, 250 hard drive with tv tuner card, do i need a mac, i'm only interested in it becasuse i've never even used a mac let alone owned one.

any advice or any thing a mac can do that pc's cant that would make me want to do this trade.

In complete honesty, you should not trade.

A mac can do very few other things that a PC can't, I know this from experience. When it comes to gaming, most of the games you buy in a store are Windows only, and you would have to buy all Mac games online through an online store.

Your PC is much better for gaming than that ibook will ever be. But then again, gaming on a laptop is severely limited these days to only those owning an xps, alienware, voodoo, or etc. laptop. NOT to say that you can't play games well on any other laptop, I've just seen the best performance from those personally.

In my opinion, Macs are better at only one other thing: Office tasks. This would include anything the professional world needs, from presentations to music recordings to documentations etc.

So, in a nutshell, DONT MAKE THE TRADE. The 360 Elite is an amazing machine, and has many great games and features lined up for the future.
