My bf's Final Fantasy 11 game for Xbox 360 wont work and he just got it and it is scratchless.?
Ok so, it says the disc is unreadable. He already downloaded live, its scratchless, and clean. He already called Microsoft and they said he should take it back to the store and get another one. Another problem that may be the solution is that Microsoft told him to take the Harddrive off and it wanted to update, so mocrosoft wold him to put the hard drive back in and update it. However it wont let him update unless the hardrive is out. theres no corrupted files, he has plenty of memory, and other games work just fine. Please help. hes getting really angry and I don't liketo see him angry. Thanks. 
just take it back to the store and trade it for a new one it maybe just the disk itself
