should I get a 360 or PS3?

Okay Since Final Fantasy XIII is coming for the 360 as well and It also releasing new game such as Halo War, Halo Chronicle, Star Ocean 4, and etc and the 20GB Xbox is dropping its price to $299 or should I buy PS3 which has Metal Gear Solid 4, God of War III, Resistance and etc. Free Online gaming as well. I also will need a console to play my old PS2 games which PS3 has but I can also buy a PS2 for cheap price now. The PS3 80GB will also be dropping down to $399 which is 100 dollars more than a Xbox 360.

so decided for me I am not a big of a gammer I just play those greatest hit games mostly.

The 360 is just a souped up xbox. The ps3 is the only true next gen console. The xbox is using dead technology with dvd. Programmers are just now starting to scratch the surface of what the ps3 can do. Just look at MGS4, this game would be impossible to do on the 360. The ps3 was built to last a long time. Why spend money on a console like the xbox that will 1. break within the first year most likely and 2. is already out dated. Before its done sony will win this console war. They built their system for the future. Unlike microsoft which built alot of cheaply made xboxs to turn a quick buck and say they were first to the party.
