Should I buy Fallout 3 or Red Faction: Guerilla?

I have some extra money so I was looking for a new Xbox 360 game. I've been looking for an rpg and Fallout looked good, but I also was looking for a good shooter and Red Faction looked good. Which one should I get? And don't suggest any other games or to buy both.

red faction is good because you can blow anything up and the whole buliding will actually fall down like a real one
