Question transferring Xbox 360 Data?

Ok, so here's the situation. I have a fully maxed out agent on Crackdown on my xbox 360 premium and a fully beaten game, and i have a brand new crackdown game w/ all the purchased new content on my 360 elite. i want to transffer the data from the premium to the elite without purchasing a memory card or without spending any money? or is that possible? someone help!
It needs to be a quick fast way that won't take a month.

microsoft will be sending out free hardrive transfer kits in a month or two. the kit includes hardware that moves data fromm one harddrive to another. it will be FREE. If u hav mor qustions than call microsoft
