Start it off at $150 and hope that it reaches $200, throw in a bunch in your promo about the dance pads, I'm sure that some people out there would buy it just for that.
I sold mine back in May with 30 or so games and 3 controllers and got around $200, sucks...but it is most likely the highest that you will get.
I hope that you are going to put that money towards a 360, you won't regret it.
