Will Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories ever come out on PS3 or just Xbox 360?

I googled it and keep getting different answers, on one site I heard that Microsoft paid rockstar $40mil to get it out for xbox only, on another I heard they paid $40mil to get it out 1st and then playstation will eventually get it out too. on another I heard sony didn't want it. So can somebody plz give me the true story! easy 10 points if you give me good answer with proof like links. OH! I almost forgot, maybe liberty city stories won't come out but will The Lost And Damned Or The Ballad Of Gay Tony ever come out individually Plz Help! Thank You!

"Apparently, Rockstar was giving an interview to a a radio station that gives further evidence to the accepted timed exclusivity theory. When asked, a Rockstar representative said he wasn't sure what he could talk about, but Microsoft basically said to them, "here is some money if you can bring the content to us FIRST." Obviously, that last word implies the PS3 will get the content at some point (or more likely, new and different content)."
