Splinter Cell Chaos Theory Xbox-Help?

Me and my friend are very avid about recently purchasing this game, and we have been dying to play co-op, but we somehow can't get past the first level. We know that after we K.O the first three ground level guards, that there's a window to climb into on top of an unaccessable door, but once one of us is boosted on top of it, we can't get into the open window. Can someone help us?

you have to use the co-op action twice, once when you are up against the building to get one player up, then the second player must press the co-op action again while he is hanging on the ledge. Once both of you are up you must do the same thing again except that this time you have to throw the other player from below the window HINT: you must be crouched to throw the other player up using the co-op button. You must also watch out for the gaurd that walks in the room.
