Why is my xBox 360 cracking Call of Duty World at War?

My husband's xBox 360 cracked his game Call of Duty World at War so he rented the game and the xBox cracked that game too. Any ideas on what is causing this? It only cracks this particular game. He is not having a problem with any other game he plays.
He bought the game brand new and it cracked. So he rented the game it cracked too.

this happened to my CoD 4: Modern Warfare. I don't know why it does this, but i think when they make the CoD games they use really cheap discs. Maybe? not too sure. just an idea.

Other notable benefits of the controller are the LED lights which can give a player better indications on things such as friends online and also if your controller is going flat. You will get killed very quickly if you controller ends up going flat in a gun battle. With all of these features you should definitely find yourself with a competitive edge on any opponent on Xbox live. These features are only available on a rapid fire controller.
