Is Trading my PS2 Slim for a Xbox 360 worth it?

I have a PS2 Slim with Artic Thunder, Medal of Honor: Frontline, Jedi Starfighter, ATV Offroad Fury, NHL 2002, Madden 2005, Triple Play 2002, and GTA 3 for a Xbox 360. I have been looking on Criaglist mostly and some guys will trade for it.
I like Xbox 360 and there is no way i can get a PS2 WAAAY to espensive and games are pricey so ill go with 360 then evtually get PS3.
